Born and raised in Tuxedo New York, Rob
O'Dwyer is a multi-talented performer with
interests in a variety of media.
Involved with theatre since childhood, Rob
recently finished shooting The Unbelievable
Truth, a short film by Herzliya Films. The
film has screened at the 2003 Philadelphia
Festival of World Cinema, the Atlanta Film
Festival, and the Tribeca Film Festival. Rob
also just finished a voiceover as General
JEB Stuart, and Marcellus E. Jones for Rob
Childs', Gettysburg, Three Days of Fury.
From 1997-2002, Rob was the frontman of The
Buck Dewey Big Band, an eclectic outfit that
Steve Morse of the Boston Globe described
as, "…Salvation Army music on acid." The
Deweys' made two albums, charted on college
radio, and toured the east coast
extensively. River Road Rapper, made it to
the 'most downloaded song of the day' on
FranceMP3. Rob is currently working on a
solo album with producer Francis Phan, to be
dedicated to the memory of renaissance
man/citizen of the world, Dan Eldon.
Born July 10th, O'Dwyer currently resides in
Boston.
