Donal Thomas Magrane ~ Actor       In addition to The Busker, Donal has done film work in The Departed and Young Goodman Brown., television work on Saturday Night Live and The Brotherhood, commercial work for Atari, The Portland Pirates, and The Walker School, and voice over work for Leapfrog Books. Donal enjoys playing guitar, drums, and mandolin. He and his band have performed in several area venues. He is an animal enthusiast, having 13 pets, and volunteers at Roger Williams Zoo’s “Zoo Crew” having performed 203 hours of volunteerism there this summer, and recently was promoted to Jr. Keeper, which means he works directly with the animals. He aspires to be a Zoologist/Actor, in the vein of Steve Irwin, a hero of his, and hopes that a zoology degree, along with his SAG card, will help him achieve this goal. He is an honor student at Weymouth High, in his Junior year. He enjoys hockey, both playing ice hockey, and also attending Boston Bruins games. He snowboards in his spare time, and attend the Old South Union Church Youth Group.
